Building this site hasn't changed the core of what I do. I'm still at the bedside, still getting my hands dirty. This project is something I've been working on for years. It started during COVID, after noticing the massive changes in staffing that came down the pipe. It's even more relevant now after watching the post-pandemic recovery and new nursing environment we all are currently living through. I believe in a simple truth.
